These terms keep the arena fair for everyone. They cover who can play, how rewards work, what counts as fair play, and the legal framework behind the platform. Plain-language summaries appear throughout, but the full text governs.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating a WinSweeps account or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app and by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
2. Eligibility
WinSweeps is available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering you represent that you meet this requirement and that all registration information you provide is accurate.
One account per person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable; selling, lending or sharing accounts is prohibited.
3. The platform and virtual rewards
WinSweeps is a free-to-play social gaming rewards platform. Sweeps Coins, XP, levels, VIP tiers, achievements and all other in-platform items are virtual entitlements with no monetary value. They cannot be purchased, sold, exchanged for money, or transferred between accounts.
No purchase is necessary to use WinSweeps or to earn any reward. All reward streams are available to every member free of charge.
4. Earning rewards fairly
Rewards are subject to the rules displayed alongside each stream (eligibility windows, claim limits, streak requirements and similar conditions). We reserve the right to adjust reward values prospectively; adjustments never remove coins or XP already credited to your ledger.
- Automation, scripting, or any artificial means of claiming rewards is prohibited.
- Creating multiple accounts to multiply rewards or self-refer is prohibited.
- Exploiting bugs instead of reporting them is prohibited.
- Referral bonuses require genuine, independent referred members; our fraud systems may withhold or reverse bonuses from suspicious referral clusters.
5. Account suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice stating the reason except where fraud prevention requires otherwise. You may close your account at any time from Settings; closure permanently forfeits remaining virtual entitlements.
If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, contact support within 30 days and we will review it.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform. This includes attempting to breach security controls, scraping member data, harassing other members, uploading unlawful content to profiles or support tickets, or interfering with the operation of the service.
7. Intellectual property
The WinSweeps name, logo, design system and all platform content are owned by WinSweeps or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the platform for personal entertainment. No other rights are granted.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the platform is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WinSweeps is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
