What is rakeback at WinSweeps?
Rakeback is a weekly credit that returns a small percentage of your net loss for the week. There is nothing to opt into or claim. Your VIP tier sets the rate, and the money lands in your wallet balance, the same balance your deposits fund.
Unlike Free Play from the Daily Spin or the Coin Store, rakeback is not locked. It arrives as regular wallet balance, ready to load into any game. It does not go to your cash-out wallet, so, like a deposit, it turns into cash only after you play, redeem winnings and request a payout.

How is weekly net loss calculated?
WinSweeps works it out from your wallet history for the week:
- Loaded: money you moved from your wallet into any game. Only your own money counts. Load bonuses, such as the 50% first-load bonus, go straight into the game and are not part of this number.
- Redeemed: what you moved from games back to your cash-out wallet in the same week.
- Net loss: loaded minus redeemed, never below zero.
Here's a worked example. You load $400 across the week and redeem $150, so your net loss is $250.

Amounts are rounded to the cent. The game doesn't matter either: a load into Cash Machine, Gameroom or MR All In One counts the same.
Rakeback is never negative: a week where you redeem more than you load pays $0, and nothing is ever taken back from your winnings.
When does rakeback pay?
- Weeks run Monday to Sunday. Each payout covers one full week.
- The payout runs on Monday for the week that just ended, so last week's rakeback arrives as the new week starts.
- Once per week. Each week can be paid only one time per player, so a retried run never pays twice.
- Your current tier sets the rate. It's the rate of your VIP tier at the moment the weekly payout runs.
- You get a notice. A "Weekly rakeback credited" notification arrives, and your wallet history shows the rate and the net loss it was based on.

Is rakeback a reason to play more?
No. Rakeback softens a losing week by a small percentage; it never turns a loss into a profit. At the top Elite rate, a $100 net loss returns $3. Set a weekly budget first and treat rakeback as a small thank-you for play you were going to enjoy anyway.
