How to Check Your Game Balance on WinSweeps Before You Redeem
October 3, 2026

To check your game balance at WinSweeps, sign in, open the game's page and tap Check Balance in the Your Account panel. It reads your live in-game balance, usually in seconds, and updates the Last known balance line. Check before you redeem: redeeming opens once that balance reaches 3x your last load.
Why does checking your game balance matter?
WinSweeps only knows your game balance when it reads it. The number syncs when you load, redeem or check, but every spin and every shot you take inside the game app changes it in between. The redeem rules work from that number:
- Redeem opens at 3x your last load on that game.
- You can redeem up to 8x that load in total, bonus included.
- Each redemption is at least $5.
- A new load resets both limits.
Say your first load was $20 and the 50% bonus took it to $30. You can start redeeming once the game shows $90, and you can take out up to $240 in total. If you have climbed past $90 in the app but the page still shows an older figure, the Redeem tab won't know yet. One tap on Check Balance fixes that. How redeem limits work has more worked examples.
How do I check my game balance on WinSweeps?
- Sign in and open the game's page from the games list or your dashboard, for example Juwa or Cash Machine.
- Find the Your Account panel. It shows your username, your password and a Last known balance line with the time it last synced.
- Tap Check Balance. The button changes to "Checking balance" while the request runs.
- Read the result. When the check completes, Last known balance updates, and Recent activity lists the balance check with the amount it found.
A balance check is free. It doesn't touch your wallet or your game credits. The steps are the same on every live game, from Juwa to Mafia.
What do the request states mean?
A balance check is a request, just like a load or a redeem, and it moves through the same states in Recent activity:
| State | What it means | What you can do |
|---|---|---|
| Pending | Waiting to start | Wait a moment, or cancel it |
| Processing | Reading your game balance now | Wait, it can't be cancelled |
| Completed | Balance read and saved | Redeem if you are in the window |
| Failed | The check didn't go through | Try again |
Most requests finish in seconds, and the page updates by itself.
Why won't Check Balance start?
- Another request is open on that game. WinSweeps runs one open request per game at a time, so a pending load or redeem blocks a new check. You will see "A request is already in progress for this game." Let it finish, then check. Requests on other games are not affected.
- You haven't created a login for that game yet. Tap Create Account first. It is free.
- It isn't your account. A request can only use your own game account, the one linked to your WinSweeps profile.
If a load seems stuck before you can check, read what to do when a game load is pending.
Redeem opens once your game balance is at least 3x your last load on that game, and you can redeem up to 8x that load in total, bonus included.
Reading the Redeem tab after a check
Open the Redeem tab after a fresh check. It shows your last load, the game balance you need to start (3x) and how much you can still take out (8x), next to your last checked balance. If it tells you to play more before redeeming, your checked balance is under 3x. If it says Eligible, you can redeem, at least $5 per redemption. Redeemed winnings land in your cash-out wallet, and how cash out works covers getting paid.
A quick check is also a good budgeting habit. Knowing your real balance makes it easier to stop at the number you chose before you started. WinSweeps is open to players 21+ in states where it operates; sweepstakes rules vary by state, and the service is void where prohibited.
